I deeply believe that you must bring your whole self to the table to be authentic - your personality, your sense of humor, and your heart. But most importantly, you must bring presence of mind.  Sometimes, however, our mind runs wild. We feel restless and uneasy - full of thoughts, ideas, fears, questions, and doubts. The awareness of NOW - the PRESENT, painfully, is sandwiched between yesterday's immutability and tomorrow's uncertainty. The power of today is muddled in a foggy haze of dissonance, clamoring to be seen and fully experienced. Exhausting! This is my experience.
